The picturesque village centre is an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding hiking paradise. Preferred destinations for the young and the young at heart is the "alpe di Villandro" – one of the largest and most beautiful mountain pastures - or the Corno del Renon which pampers its visitors with great look-outs. At the end of summer Villandro is the place to go for "Törggelen". Enjoy traditional delicacies like sauerkraut and bacon, dumplings and last but not least fried chestnuts.
